Any flag can be a coffin drape. Any design can be added to fabric and made to suit. 

There are two standard sizes of coffin, rectangular or graduated. The standard size for a coffin drape is 8x5ft but this can be adjusted according to your requirements. 

We offer additional flag weights if you wish to have the hemmed corners of the drape weighted down (in high wind situations) and these should be added to your shopping cart with a note at checkout saying that the flag you have ordered is a coffin drape and asking for them to be sewn on if required.

Coffin drapes are fully hemmed on all four sides but we can make the drape as a flag with canvas rope and toggle if you prefer - again let us know at checkout.

Coffin covers and drapes can be printed or sewn or made using both techniques.

You could also choose to have a border of (black) fabric sewn around the rectangle or have tassels or whatever you would like. Its up to you. There are no hard or fast rules - we made a floral Union flag for a recent funeral as the family wanted something celebratory and joyful rather than sombre and they felt it looked wonderful and a real reflection of what their loved one would have chosen.
