We make flags, banners, bunting and more... fully printed, part printed/part sewn and fully traditional sewn and all our flags are 100% made in the UK in our Swansea workshop.

The quality of our flags

We don't print 'economy flags' (sheet nylon flags), we only print to strong 110gsm knit polyester (check that this is what you've been quoted for when comparing our prices). 

For sewn flags we use MOD spec woven polyester which has a matt linen open weave appearance very similar to the wool mix fabrics used previously.  

We would just like to say how pleased we are with our bespoke flag, made from a lot stronger material than we thought it would be.  Excellent thank you very much. Derrick (December 2016).     

Both the knit and woven polyester fabrics we use are fire retardant certified (we can label your flag up accordingly on request) and durable.

Fabric will deteriorate in high winds and bad weather conditions but with good care and dry storage your flag will not rot (as do natural fibre cloths) and will last a good while.

The best files for printed flags are high resolution but if your files are quite small, don't worry - in most cases we can vectorise the detail so that it doesn't pixelate when enlarged for print.  

For sewn flags we work old school and project the image to size before tracing to paper and fabric before the cut make and trim process, so the original image size isnt as important as for the print version.

So how does it work?

Its pretty straight forward.  We print our flags and textiles in house, so are able to supply any quantity, large or small.  You send us your logo and your colour pantones and your product requirements and we'll put together a no obligation quote for you to consider. 

Product specs

Table flags - mini flags measuring 6x3" printed on a single layer, print through, mirror image on reverse, finished with a sleeve and supplied in multiples of 12x units with black plastic sticks.

Lightweight quality printed flags (for use with extendable flagpoles) - supplied in single units, standard size 5x3ft (smaller and/or larger available). Single layer, print through, mirror image on reverse.  115gsm quality knit polyester with 86% colour show on reverse. Supplied with either sewn eyelets or canvas rope and toggle ready to fly.

Our prices for quality printed flags start at £29.

Hand waving flags - 12x18" flags printed on a single layer, print through, mirror image on reverse, finished with a sleeve and supplied in multiples of 12x units with blond wood sticks and a plastic 'gold' finial (topper).

Bunting - Pennant, square or swallow tail, we make standard size bunting measuring 9x12" (pennant as shown) in any length.  The pennants are not hemmed as standard (but can be at an additional nominal cost), are sewn to a strong white nylon tape with 1" between pennants and we suggest a starting point of each length being 10m so you make the most of the width of the fabric being printed.
